Hospitals volunteered and chosen to participate in project are from 4 regions. There are 4 facilities in each region including
1 regional hospital,
1 general hospital and
2 community hospitals.

The North:
Phitsanulok, Phrae, Long, Rong Kwang
The Northeast:
Khon Kaen, Roi Et, Phon Sai, Phon Thong
The Central:
Chon Buri, Chachoengsao, Ban Pho, Bang Nam Priao
The South:
Surat Thani, Krabi, Ao Luk, Klong Tom

There are a number of international standards implemented in this project. They are:

• Patient management: MoI demographics standards
• Disease diagnosis and procedure: ICD, ICD-CM
• Nursing intervention: ICNP
• Laboratory investigation: CPT, SNOMED, SNOMED-CT, TBS
• Pharmacy management: NDC, MDC
• Etc.
